NOTICE OF EXPIRATION OF TIME OF REDEMPTION
To Charles E and Laura K Schmidt and To Whom It May Concern:
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of August, 2011 the following describing property, to wit:
Lot 17, Block 7 Original Town of Hanna House 36 (BK 912/517 & 913/961)
was sold by the Treasurer of Carbon County, Wyoming at a sale of lands for delinquent taxes, due and unpaid thereon for the year 2010 assess and taxed in the name of Charles E and Laura K Schmidt.
That Patrick Rutar became the purchaser of the Certificate of Purchase No. 9054 on the 18th day of August, 2011, for the sum of $233.98 being the whole amount of taxes and costs then due on said real estate.
That redemption should be made from said sale by payment to the County Treasurer of Carbon County, Wyoming, of the above amount with interest and costs, together with all unpaid and subsequent taxes.
That the time of redemption of said real estate from said tax sale will expire on the 23rd day of November, 2016, and that Cindy Baldwin, Treasurer of Carbon County, State of Wyoming will convey by deed as by law required, the above described real estate to said Patrick Rutar, after which redemption will not be allowed
