NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Golden Eagle MHC, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, has a claim for the sum of $5,530.00 for accrued lot rental, late fees, costs, and storage at the rate of $380.00 per month from and after November 1, 2015, upon that certain space at Golden Eagle Mobile Home Court, 1016 Harshman, Space 43, Rawlins, Wyoming, since November 1, 2015, without claimant receiving payment therefor.
The property which is subject to the lien is presently in the possession of the lien claimant. The last known owner and occupant of said mobile home is Richard A. Davis, whose last known mailing address is 1016 Harshman, Space 43, Rawlins, Wyoming.
The lien claimant hereby demands payment of $5,530.00 for accrued lot rental, late fees and storage. Unless the claim is paid in full, the 1977 Brighton Mobile Home (VIN GBBU14643/S1117) will be sold at public auction on the 30th day of August, 2016, at 10 AM by the Sheriff of Carbon County Wyoming or any of his deputies at the south door of the Carbon County Courthouse, 415 West Pine Street, Rawlins, Wyoming.
The lawful owner may at any time prior to the sale pay the amount of the lien plus any lot rental and late fees that accrue after the date of this notice. If he does so, the property will not be sold.
This lien foreclosure is made pursuant to W.S. §§ 29-7-101, et seq., W.S. § 29-7-301, and W.S. §§ 34.1-1-101 through 34.1-10-104. Any buyer will take the mobile home “as is, where is” without any warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of title.
