Information: A. Proclamation - Designating City of Rawlins as a Gateway Community for the Continental Divide Trail
Mayor Grauberger proclaimed the City of Rawlins as a Continental Divide Trail Gateway Community with the Continenetal Divide Trail Coalition committee. The local committee members in attendance were Patti Hays, John Farr, Cindy Wallace, Marilyn Gottfried and Leslie Jefferson.

CCEDC Director Cindy Wallace inquired who from the city will be attending the Joint Revenue Committee meeting on September 22, 2016, in Buffalo, WY.
Interim City Manager Scott Hannum, Danielle Gross and Marty Holloway presented to the City Council the 2016 “Government Program 5,001-10,000” Recycling Award received by the Rawlins Recycling and Landfill Team at the annual WSWRA Conference.
Public comments for the Higley Boulevard Project will be accepted through September 15, 2016. Citizens are encouraged to pick up and complete a survey.

Chief Palmer presented an update for the Victim Services Grant. Rawlins Police Department received $109,667.00, which is the amount received for the first year of the two-year grant.
