Lyle Murtha, from Stateline 7 Architects, explains the floor plans for the renovated interior of the Historic Sinclair Theatre. Seating will be staggered, in order to give viewers the best possible line of sight to the stage, regardless of where they’re sitting. There will also be balcony seating installed, which wasn’t part of the original layout. Murtha explained that the theater will be able to seat around 200 people, where the original floorplan allowed for 300. The seats in the original interior were smaller, and the new ones will be replicas but will be wider.
