RAWLINS — The Carbon County Sheriff’s Department, search and rescue units and emergency medical services responded to an apparent fatal accident near French Creek Campground Sunday evening.
Carbon County Coroner Paul Zamora said the department received a call about 8 p.m. Sunday, and responded to the location about 18 miles northeast of Riverside, where they found the victim, 19-year-old Justin Siler of Indianapolis.
