9/11 tribute

Rawlins firefighter Ariel Phipps holds a ceremonial axe during a 911 tribute event on Friday in Rawlins. After the singing of the national anthem, local first responders and law enforcers gave speeches, paying homage to the men and women in uniform who died on that fateful day.
