RAWLINS – The Carbon County School District 1 board of trustees had a lot of business to get to on Thursday, and they managed to get through it all in less than 20 minutes.

The new business portion of the meeting was packed, with 12 items on the agenda for the board to tackle. But it was 10 of the dozen items that involved new contracts for maintenance to the building and new programs for the upcoming school year.
