CARBON COUNTY — The Carbon County Health Office has applied to the the Wyoming State Health Department requesting a mandatory face mask mandate for Carbon County.

The county public health officer, Dr. Marvin W. Couch, informed the Carbon County Commission at its Nov. 17 meeting, that this application had been submitted to the state health officer and the Attorney General’s Office, because of the surge in coronavirus cases in the county, around the state and across the nation.
