Neighbor of the week: Ronnie Lasco

Ronnie Lasco, pictured above on a sunny Tuesday morning, was born and raised in Rawlins, progressing through kindergarten to 12th grade within the city limits. He was among the last class to graduate from the storied halls of Rawlins High School located in the Carbon Building. Lasco went on to spend five years in Denver, earning his chiropractor doctorate, before spending a further two years at Casper College to complete the final requirements prior to practicing his spine crunching art. “I never had any desire to go anywhere else,” said Lasco of his desire to return to Rawlins. Lasco then began a practice in 1965 that lasted until his retirement in 2010. He currently enjoys his retirement at the home he built himself, by spending it with his wife Janet K., and their golden retriever, which he walks daily. Say hi to your neighbor Ronnie Lasco if you see him.
