A row of gravesites at the Rawlins Cemetery on Wednesday.

RAWLINS – Flowers, family decorations, religious objects. These were among just some of the items that typically adorn gravesites recently removed by city workers cleaning the Rawlins Cemetery, according to numerous public complaints.

Throughout this past week, people on social media and elsewhere have continually accused the city of Rawlins, which announced its regular cleanup of the municipal cemetery in April, of not providing proper notification before cleanup occurred.
