CARBON COUNTY – A second local person to test positive for COVID-19 – a female over 50 years old – is out of state, according to the public health office.

"The State of Wyoming Department of Health in conjunction with Carbon County Public Health determined no case investigations were needed related to this case being diagnosed out of state," local RN Jacquelin Wells said in a Monday statement. "This all the information that in known at this time. More details to follow."

The first person in the county to test positive for coronavirus was confirmed over the weekend.

The Carbon County COVID19 Incident Management Team have now released a COVID19 resource guide. It can be found online at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JEhSA3l_UdCsBXleeHltjOjby77eRCwY/view?usp=sharing

"At this time there are 29 reported cases in Wyoming, these include: 10 in Fremont County, 7 in Laramie County, 4 in Sheridan County, 2 in Natrona County, 1 in Park County, 1 in Campbell County, 2 in Teton County, and 2 in Carbon County," Wells stated on Tuesday afternoon.
