RAWLINS – A Rawlins woman linked to an alleged Carbon County drug ring faces her arraignment on Friday in district court.

Andrea Dawn Taylor, 40, was charged with five felony counts following her April 25 arrest. If convicted on all counts, which includes two misdemeanors, Taylor could serve as many as 66 years in prison and pay up to $67,00 in court-related fines.
