With great enthusiasm, I have accepted the position of general manager at the Rocket-Miner, our sister newspaper. I look forward to meeting the people of Rock Springs, learning about the community and working with the staff of the paper.

However, this opportunity has also caused me more than a moment of heartache, as I say goodbye to the wonderful people I have met in Rawlins. The warm welcome I received, the joyful moments with new friends and the support at the paper will always conjure warm memories of Carbon County.
