RAWLINS – With Rawlins nursing a tenuous three-point lead with 10.5 seconds left in regulation, Wheatland girls head coach Michelle Coplen called time out.

Moments later, Lady Bulldogs junior Khayla Otero took a pass in and swiftly used a drop-back move toward the top of the key to send Saturday’s home game against Wheatland (9-8, 2-3) into overtime. Rawlins eventually won the game 69-66, after two extra frames.
