SWEETWATER COUNTY – They’ve gotten off to an above-the-cut start to the season, but the Flaming Gorge Classic poured a bit of a damper on it.

Following the weekend, Rawlins girls basketball (4-3) managed to nab to one win and three losses out in Sweetwater County. Rawlins faced some formidable, above .500 4A opponents, however, which is partly why they ran into a few problems to start the Classic, coach Katie Cline said.
