SWEETWATER COUNTY – If their nails aren’t gnawed down to nubs by now, it’d be a surprise.

On their way to three straight wins over the past weekend at the Flaming Gorge Classic, Rawlins (5-2) managed to persevere with slim, tender leads. On Thursday, they’d beat Rock Springs (1-6) 63-59. The next day, they’d outdo Evanston (0-6) 63-61. And on Saturday, the Outlaws placed the cherry on top of their Classic performance with a win over Grace, Idaho (4-7) 52-47.
