RAWLINS – The City of Rawlins’ outdoor shooting complex will open to the public on May 1 starting at 2 p.m. and remaining open until dusk. With the opening date just around the corner, shooting range programmer Josh Martinez is busy making preparations for what he hopes to be a busy-as-ever season at the range.

While it will mostly be business as usual, after consideration and research by Martinez and city officials, there will be a number of social distancing rules and recommendations in place while the state remains on high alert from the novel coronavirus.
